What a hidden gem of a restaurant that only regulars know about for the last 37 years. Top quality food, amazing selection of wine and liquor, Thai / Italian / American/ Chinese food all in one. First is dinner menu with specials menu, later 6 is lunch menu. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Judy needs to find a protégé after she retires summer 2027!

I don't know how I've never tried Circles before. Now I know what I've been missing all these years. The menu selection is incredible, blending Italian, Asian and French culinary tastes. The service was attentive and spot-on. Our server, Ray was there to assist at every point in the meal. The crab cake was unique. Instead of the typical two small crab patties, it was one large ball of delicious crab cake. The tom kha gai soup was hands-down the best I've had anywhere. Rich, creamy and full of flavor. The lobster topped salmon with beurre blanc sauce was served with fresh aspagus spears and rice pilaf. And the seafood stir fry had large sea scallops, shrimps and a variety of fresh vegetables in a light brown sauce that could be labeled as addictive. I've lived in this area for over 30 years and truly regret not coming here sooner. Will definitely be back.

We hadn’t been here for years, but decided to give it a try again. It was just as tasty as it was the first time many years ago. Judy, the chef, makes a tomato sauce any Italian would be proud of. If I could buy it to go by the gallon I would. The pork chop and the burger were so flavorful and cooked just right. The calamari was breaded with rice flour which made them crunchier than we were accustomed to, but it worked wonderfully. They were perfectly seasoned also. The only downside was our server, Jack. He was so slow and apathetic. When asked about an item on the specials menu, he had no idea what the item was nor did he offer to ask. There were only two tables - us and another couple. We were his only table. We had to signal to the owner/bartender to get Jack’s attention. This would be my biggest hesitation to returning.

Mom and Pop meets upscale dining. Small place, about 9 tables with a menu of eclectic epicurian endeavors; Circle's Bistro is the rare dining experience in today's market. Treated like family while served like honored guests, the vast wine selection and extensive bay leave no doubt that Michael and Judy are ready for anything you could want. Open Tuesday through Saturday, call ahead, just to make sure you don't miss out.

Fresh, tasty, and exceptional service! Was not expecting how lovely and comfortable this bistro was in a strip mall in the heart of Carrollwood. The owner and his son were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Great bar and large wine selection. The food was fresh along with a changing specialty menu and main menu of fresh seafood, meat, pasta, and Asian and American dishes.Had a great time!

Very nice hidden gem. An intimate restaurant with an amazing wine selection. Recommended to make reservations as there are only 6 tables and an additional 12 seats at the bar - which can also be reserved.

Food was delicious and service was awesome. Seafood cioppino was so delicious packed with fresh shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, lobster and fish. Each entree comes with salad but for a small up charge you can get lobster bisque. I highly recommend!
